Welcome & Announcements
100% Student Success
A Message from Principal Karen Aspen:
Welcome to Forest Lakes Elementary. As the Principal of FLE, I look forward to working with you as we strive to provide a quality education for all of our students. Your interest, support, involvement, and parental guidance will never be more important than they are in these early years of your child's education. By becoming a school volunteer, joining the PTA, attending school functions, reading to your child and supervising your child's work, you can take an active part in your child's early educational experiences. Working together, we can best meet the needs of our children.

participate in completing that survey. We value the input of our parents

our work with your children. Karen Aspen

1st Annual Book Swap
Need to clean out some
bookshelves? If you have any “gently used” books at home that your child has read, he/she can bring them to
school from Monday, April 28 to Friday, May 16. Teachers will have boxes in
their classrooms for book collection.
This is a great way to get some
“new” books for summer reading, and, best of all, it’s FREE! There will be a
school-wide book swap May 27-30.
“Gently Used” – books that
have been read a couple of times, pages not ripped or folded; no writing or
coloring in the books – books should still look new!
